Only items purchased at Aurora spa can be returned to Aurora for refund or exchange. Items purchased at other retail outlets must be returned to their original point of purchase.
The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.
In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it provided that you provide reasonable evidence of your reaction.

Gift Vouchers & E-Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers and e-Vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded in cash or replaced. Gift Vouchers and E-vouchers are non-refundable, however can be redeemed for product. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to pay the difference. Any balance that remains on the voucher after expiry will not be available for use or a refund. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
