Method – In a large bowl combine all salad ingredients, except the cranberries, almonds and pomegranate seeds.
Prepare the dressing in small bowl with olive oil & vinegar. Add grapefruit juice and agave; mix well.
Before serving, toss the salad with the dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to set. Garnish with berries, almonds and seeds. Enjoy!
