Combining potent botanicals and minerals with therapeutic techniques to detoxify, tone and revitalise your skin, this treatment begins with grapefruit salt exfoliant to sweep away dull, flaky skin cells. Your perfectly primed skin is then masked with a lemon myrtle green clay, containing organic Australian bentonite to draw out toxins, calm inflammation and regenerate your skin with healing minerals. Can I request a specific therapist?

We employ male and female therapists, and you may be assigned either on the day of your visit. Specific requests will, of course, be considered but cannot be guaranteed. However, your request will be noted in your booking.

Do you offer couples treatments?

Yes, we do. We understand the joy of sharing a relaxing experience with a loved one. We have two dual couples’ rooms available upon request alongside specifically curated couples packages. While we always strive to accommodate all requests, please note that these rooms are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot for a delightful couples’ retreat.

Is your spa accessible for those with limited mobility?

For guests with limited mobility or guests that require mobility aides we provide accessible changeroom and bathroom facilities and an accessible treatment room with shower.

Please inform us of any accessibility requirements during booking to ensure a seamless experience.

What can I experience if I’m pregnant?

We do have spa treatments on our menu specifically designed to be enjoyed during pregnancy. During the first trimester facials are recommended and in your second and third trimester we have ASPAR Body Treatment options for you to choose from as well as a Radiant Prenatal Massage.

What should I wear for my spa treatment?

On arrival at our reception please wear whatever makes you the most comfortable. You will be provided with a robe and be required to wear lower underwear during treatments. We ensure your modesty and comfort throughout your visit.
