Meet the founder
Lyndall Mitchell
An accredited coach, speaker, author, wellness entrepreneur and industry thought-leader, Lyndall Mitchell has dedicated her career to helping others achieve transformational change. Her early vision was to create a wellness ecosystem, offering a spectrum of tools and resources that could empower and inspire people to live their best life.
In 1997, Lyndall introduced Melbourne to the urban retreat concept with Aurora Spa Retreat in St Kilda. Soon after, she brought the spa experience into people’s homes with the ASPAR range of botanically active spa products. Lyndall later began to expand her wellness ecosystem by applying her deep knowledge and experience to publishing, coaching and speaking. She has co-authored four wellness books and toured Australia with her Masterclass of Wellness and Chaos to Calm workshops.
Lyndall lives in Melbourne with her husband and two daughters and is passionate about empowering all generations with the tools for living a fulfilling, healthy and happy life.

ASPAR
ASPAR stands for Aurora Spa Rituals, an apt moniker for a range that evolved from hand-blended formulations initially created to bring therapeutically effective treatment results to Aurora spa guests. Â
Clients loved the products and demand escalated for a take-home version that would bring the Aurora spa experience to their every day. Founder Lyndall Mitchell – forever driven to find new avenues for improved well-being for her clients – worked with formulation specialists to create the ASPAR retail range. Her brief was simple; take our time-tested in-spa formulations, find the best ingredients and pack nature in a bottle for effective results and a sublime sensory experience.Â
Today, the ASPAR range of botanically active face, body and hair products can be found on the shelves of specialty retailers and in the sublime experiences at Aurora Spa & Bathhouse. Â
