These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Security Policy, outline the conditions under which Aurora Spa & Bathhouse provides its services, experiences, gift cards and products via www.auroraspa.com.au.
By booking, purchasing, or entering the facility, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully and contact us at info@auroraspa.com.au if you have any questions.
Aurora Spa & Bathhouse may amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking or purchase will apply.
ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
Guests must be aged 14 years or older to enter the Bathhouse and 18 years or older to receive spa or wellness treatments.
Guests aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, and a signed consent form is required before entry.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will shorten your session so as not to delay subsequent bookings, and the full fee will apply.
Underwear is required for all treatments, and swimwear must be worn in the Bathhouse.
Aurora Spa & Bathhouse reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its discretion.
Use of Facilities
Guests must follow all health, safety and staff directions while on the premises.
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
To protect the calm environment:

Mobile phones are to remain on silent.

Food and alcohol are not permitted unless part of an approved Aurora event.

Intoxicated guests will be refused entry.
Guests with health conditions such as pregnancy, heart conditions or blood pressure concerns should seek medical advice before bathing or treatment.
Group Bookings
A group booking is defined as four or more guests.

A 100% deposit is required to secure all group bookings.

Final payment and confirmed guest numbers are due seven days prior to the booking date.

Reductions in numbers within seven days will be charged in full.

Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable.

Cancellations received earlier may be rescheduled once within three months, subject to availability.
Retreat Bookings
Retreat cancellations require 14 days’ notice.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days forfeit the full amount.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation, including gift-card redemptions.
Aurora Spa & Bathhouse is a cashless facility, and a 1% credit-card surcharge applies.

Bookings may be transferred once to another date if notice is received within the cancellation window.
Valuables and Personal Property
Aurora Spa & Bathhouse does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home or secure them in the lockers provided.
All personal belongings are brought into the premises at the guest’s own risk.
Pricing, Payments and Gift Cards
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices may change without notice.
Gift cards and e-vouchers:

Are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

May be redeemed for services or products at Aurora Spa & Bathhouse, Sorrento.

Expire 36 months from the date of purchase.

Must be presented at booking or payment.
Where the cost of a service exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid by another accepted method.
Products, Orders and Shipping
Products and gift cards purchased online are shipped via Australia Post.

Aurora Spa & Bathhouse ships within Australia only and is not responsible for postal delays or lost parcels.
Returns are accepted for unopened products in saleable condition.
If you experience a reaction to a product, an exchange or refund may be offered with reasonable proof.
Liability and Risk Acknowledgement
Participation in any activity or service provided by Aurora Spa & Bathhouse involves inherent risks, including heat exposure, dehydration, slipping, muscle strain, allergic reactions, and other injury.
Guests participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with their experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Spa & Bathhouse and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use of its facilities or services, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
This acknowledgement is made in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic).
Force Majeure
Aurora Spa & Bathhouse is not liable for any delay, suspension or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, industrial action, or equipment failure.
Privacy and Communications
Aurora Spa & Bathhouse respects your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving essential communications regarding your booking, purchase or experience.
Promotions and Competitions
Promotions are subject to availability and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
Aurora Spa & Bathhouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

Intellectual Property and Use of Website
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, audio, video and design, is the property of Aurora Spa & Bathhouse or its licensors and protected by Australian copyright law.
